Dear Bob and Staff, How can I thank you for the great care you have given to my Mini?? Just knowing I can call, leave a message and drop her off is great in it self but then I get GREAT service and excellent work done not to mention peace of mind and people who work around my needs(aka work schedule etc) I can not thank you Bob or the great people who work on my Mini enough.You took fabulous care of my daughter Amanda's Herbie(1994 Jetta), helped my husband Joe get a green altima way back when, worked on my son-in-law's ford tempo-not even a foreign car and now Winnie the Mini Cooper! I hope to spread the word about you guys so others can share my good fortune.Thanks again! -Pam
